Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid Quoter subscriptions operated by EricIndividualProject.

Payments, subscription billing, taxes, receipts, and payment-related refunds are processed by Paddle.

2. Free Trial

The Pro Membership may include a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged for the paid subscription.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Paddle may automatically bill the subscription at $7 per month.

3. Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case unless a refund is required by applicable law.

To request a refund, contact EricwyzEric@gmail.com with the email address used for the purchase, the order or subscription information if available, and the reason for the request.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past payments unless required by law or approved after review.

You can cancel through any available Paddle subscription management link or by contacting EricwyzEric@gmail.com.

5. Taxes and Fees

Taxes, currency conversion, bank charges, and card issuer fees may depend on your location and payment method.

Where Paddle is the merchant of record, tax and payment handling may be subject to Paddle's own policies and legal obligations.
