1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service apply when you access or use Quoter, a quote management workspace operated by EricIndividualProject.
By using Quoter, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
Quoter helps users create, edit, manage, export, and track business quotes. Some features may use third-party services such as Supabase, Paddle, Resend, and OpenAI.
Quoter may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued as the product develops.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account and email secure.
- You must provide accurate account and billing information.
- You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Your Content
You keep ownership of the quote, customer, product, service, logo, and business content you enter into Quoter.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to enter, upload, process, export, and send that content.
- Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information, such as passwords, full card numbers, government IDs, health data, or confidential third-party information.
- Do not use Quoter to create unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or fraudulent content.
5. AI Features
AI-generated content is provided as a drafting aid only. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
You are responsible for reviewing all quote amounts, taxes, dates, terms, customer details, service descriptions, and final documents before using or sending them.
6. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing
The Pro Membership is currently the only paid Quoter plan and is billed through Paddle.
If you start a 14-day free trial, Paddle may collect payment details and automatically bill $7 per month after the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscription fees are charged in advance and may continue each month until cancelled.
- You can cancel by using any available Paddle subscription management link or by contacting EricwyzEric@gmail.com.
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case unless a refund is required by applicable law.
- Taxes, exchange rates, bank fees, and card issuer charges may depend on your location and payment method.
7. No Professional Advice
Quoter does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice.
You should consult an appropriate professional before relying on quote terms, tax settings, payment terms, legal wording, or business documents for a specific transaction.
8. Availability and Changes
We try to keep Quoter available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature.
We may modify features, limits, prices, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means where required.
9. Third-Party Services
Quoter may depend on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, AI generation, and infrastructure. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quoter is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, incorrect quotes, customer disputes, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Quoter.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
